In the Alpha & Omega organization, he served as the Chairman of the National Board of Examiners for over 30 years. He was also a member of the Ministerial Board of Directors of the organization.
Pastor Spriggs has taught other churches and Christian organizations in various educational settings and at the request of many pastors has been called to local assemblies to train pastors, elders, deacons, and church leadership. He is currently the Spiritual Director of the Maryland Emmaus Christian Fellowship and is also a Spiritual Advisor of the Abundant Living Christian Love Fellowship. He serves as the program coordinator and minister in the Patuxent Prison Ministry and Kairos Prison Ministry. Pastor Spriggs has a love for church discipline, doctrine and is a theologian in church history. He has written many booklets and training manuals.
After 52 years of faithful service in the Alpha & Omega Churches, the Lord redirected his path to Word Alive Christian Fellowship, where his pastor is Bishop Michael Dean Chapman, Sr. He serves as Associate Pastor, Bible Study instructor and is a certified teacher at the Word Alive Interdenominational School of Biblical Truth (ISBT).
Pastor Spriggs can be found every morning at his desk in his home at 6:00 a.m. in prayer and in the study of God’s Word. His favorite scripture is Psalm 119:133, “Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.”
